Can the ram still work in slot B1and B2with out any ram in slot A1 and A2?

What board? And how, most AIOs don't have clearance issues. If the tubes are in the way, consider rotating the block.

It depends on your board. 

 

Ever tried to rotate the CPU Cooler head so that the ram banks are free?

 

You can just try putting them in. Either your system boots, or not. It won't break anything.

 

But to say more the brand and model of your mobo would eb nice.

You can put RAM in basically whatever slot you want and it'll more than likely work.

Honestly he/she shouldn't have to rotate it as NZXT's AIOs have very sharp tube bends at the block so I've never seen RAM clearance issues with them.

considering this is 2017, although i don't know how new your board is but anything released post 2010 likely won't have any problem with it, but there might be a few exceptions again due to it being specific to the motherboard itself

could be a bling bling hightower ram module problem =) you know the more bling the higher they get.

honestly the best way to find out would probably just be to try it and see if it works. worst thing that could happen is it will just beep the pc speaker or just not boot until you put them back in the first two slots. it'll likely work just like normal however
