780 or 780 ti

My rig  case- Graphite 600t white CPU-i5 3570k OC 4.0Ghz RAM- 8gb Vengeance memory HDD-WD Black 1tb PSU-tx650 GPU- MSI 770 gameing edition 2gb , gtx 650 1gb Motherboard- asrock extreme 3 z77 Fan controller- NZXT sentry lx CPU cooler- H60 Peripherals- g300 mouse G630 headset k70 silver cherry mx red switches  my free nas nas Case- Dell something.. Ram- 8 gb ecc ddr 2 CPU - Pentium D 3.0ghz HDD currently 160 gb adding 3tb wd red “Sucking at something is the first step to being sorta good at something” –Jake the Dog

770 SLI will kill a 780. 

My Build Log on PCPartPicker FX-6300, ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3, MSI 7870 GHz Edition, Corsair Vengeance LP 1x8GB, 1TB WD Blue, Fractal Core 1000 USB 3.0, Corsair CX600, and my most recent addition that I've had forever and isnt new is a 80GB WD800 for Linux, Lenovo ThinkPad X131e, ASUS Transformer TF300T, Galaxy Note 3 Sister dropped it in a puddle I now have to use a Samsung Brightside, Beyerdynamic DT990 Pro 250ohm version, Blue Yeti  #TheRealKEH-JEFF | "Sometimes, if were lucky, in Australia, a family has 2 kangaroos to pick up the kids with" - marto | Your entry here | Remember kids; just because Linus has a video on it, doesn't mean that its the best choice | ts3.wferr.com the best TeamSpeak | Abide by the CoC | Looking for build help? Hello forum

As the title says, which gives out the best results? I am picking nvidia in this case because I value shadow play and all the games it includes, plus G-sync since I will be upgrading my monitor soon.

770 sli will slaughter a 780 or 780ti however then you have to deal with sli scaling and sli profiles and a bunch of other junk, if you dont mind that sli 770 is the best option for sure

Get a 780. Best of both worlds of value and performance unless you're willing to buy a 290X then put a waterblock on it ?

If you buy the 780 Ti you might regret saving some money over buying a top tier single gpu and the performance will be doubled maybe by the next generation of cards in my perspective.

GTX 780 Ti. Same price as the 770 SLI, but without the scaling issues. Also, 780 Ti SLI will rule the world.

Benchmarking and FPS numbers over 9000 also! imho that's worth spending a little less on heating each year!

780ti because you're forgetting that the 770 only has 2gb of frame buffer which might not be enough in the near future. And 780ti is neck and neck with 690, which is slightley underclocked 770's in sli

Finally my Santa hat doesn't look out of place
