ryzen 1700 if you do streaming/video editing/handbrake for your youtube channel (like 3 fps less than a 7700k at 1080p though, but if you have a high end gaming PC you shouldn't be still on 1080p)

maybe 100mhz slower

 

it depends on your chip. Maybe you'll get a 5.2ghz 7700k, but you'll probably get a 4.7ghz 7700k.
