Hej, so i have recently started thinking of my new setups monitors, i want a nice setup where i could use AMD's Eyefinity for a wider screen. i was thinking of buying three 1920x1080 monitors and putting em in eyefinity. but then i was thinking about the 2560x1080 monitors. so the thing was with the 2560x1080 that i could make a perfectly curved setup with little borders between.
I'll just list the cons and pros of both setups i have come up with.

1920x1080x3

Cons:

can't make a perfect curve of them, will be a hard angle.

Diagonal at 21.5" height is about 25 cm (~10")

Pros:

1ms response is 130 euros.

refresh rate 75Hz

2560x1080x3

Cons:

lowest Response time was 4ms at the price of 500 euros... 5ms cheapest is 400 euros, without curved screen i could get a 5ms for 244 euros

Different power input on the screen, hard to get hands on. (this is a problem due to my cat, he likes him some of that wire from the PC)

Pros:

Diagonal at 29" Height is about 35 cm (~13.75")

Ultra thin edge

help me choose the perfect monitor set up, thank you in advance.

PS. I'm from a quite isolated country when it comes to online component buying, so no newegg or amazon sales will help me reduce the price.

Editto: If you're worried about the hard ware. then worry no more, it a beast i can tell you, it could handle the 3 monitors with ease.

If you need help on used parts, contact me. I'm an used enthusiast.

why multiple monitors in the first place?

screen realestate? 4k + secondary 1080p/4:3 monitor

gaming? ultrawide

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

I'd do a 3x 1080p, so your crosshair or whatever is in the center of a screen, not in the blank area at the seam of two screens.

EDIT: Saw you were thinking about 3 ultrawides? That'll make a massive setup and it may be hard to see everything.

3 ultrawides due to the massive table i have, i'll be sitting quite far from the monitors, i'd say about 2 meters.

Common occurrence for us underlings of the PCMR. My desk is a tiny folding table. Of which my Evolv (not using it right now, since I don't trust the table with it's weight) takes up about a third.

Also, one would be more costly than 3 ultrawides, and it would be smaller and due to the large table i have, the screen would pretty much look a lot smaller to me. that's why i'm going with a tri-setup. uses more space and my games won't be so far and so small.

Pretty much my reason for Building a new setup, table was a foldable and chair was one of em plastic ones that you can break when someone is sitting on them and ou hit the leg of the chair.

yeah. Just one ultrawide? What games are you playing? I know racing sims are more immersive with surround screens, but an FPS game would be better with a more centered view.

I used to be in the basement, but now I moved my PC to my room over the garage (the other default teen gamer room). Maybe have to switch back if I can't figure out how to make my wifi better. Where would I be without multiplayer, excessive use of the LTT forums, Discord, and updates? Also downloading every nice mod off the internet for Battlefront II...

I would disagree, in fps games the ultrawide helps.
