Hello again, this one wont be a noob question again :D

So i put my old nvidia 450 to fold along with my 680 but i noticed that the gpus have wrong names, as in GPU:0 is the 450 and GPU:1 is the 680

But in the work units, GPU:0 is making 33k PPD and GPU:1 is making 12k PPD which im sure is wrong except if the 450 is faster which yeah lol

Any help? Not that it really matters or anything but its annoying!

It is annoying... I have same issue with some machines. I have never bothered to fix it myself - I would assume it would be playing with the Index values - but that could also mess other things up. :)

it could just be that fermi was better at computation than kepler.

just a guess.

Its just a bug in F@H, when i had the 680 on its own it was at 33k PPD and then with the 450 the slots got mixed up and shows the 450 as the 680 which is annoying but no real problem, im used to it now lol

This software really buggy , I spent age's just trying to get it to use my second card and stop folding on my main cards.

you type in commands and it doesn't always take :( ages it was telling me it was running on my 560ti , but MSI afterburner was telling me my 660ti running at 100%  wonder if there a way to configure it to use my secondary card from the start ? I've seen a XML file but I don't know the commands to put in there

Sounds like you are using Window client - to not fold on one card and only on another - just delete the Slot for the card you don't want folding. Or, if you want to pause it for a bit while the other one continues, (via Advanced View) right click the slot in the "Folding Slots" section and just choose pause.

Just remember to restart when done.

I've got it all nice and stable now :) all the slots are configured so I can still use my PC with out effecting the program, or the program effecting what I generally use the pc for. Those pause features are quite handy for when I want to play high end games, & I can play low end full screen games with out turning the 660ti off. it doesn't effect the PPD :)
