If you like a cheap but fun game under 10$ on steam get Star Wars: Knights Of The Old Republic 2 The Sith Lords. Its my all time favorite game to play.

have a look at gog.com a silly ammount of good games for really cheap prices.

 

btw theme hospital is pretty fun and casual.
