F4-3200C16D-32GVK , that part number are hynix SK based modules, and the fact they are 16gb sticks, means they are dual ranked (has mem on both sides of the stick). both things are not optimal or to some extend even bad for high-speed ram on ryzen.

The other sticks you linked, the Dominator are also 99,9% sure based on Hynix modules, again not very fast for ryzen, and will give you similer behavior for ram speeds.

You wanna find Samsung B die based modules to be able to hit 2933-3400mhz ranges, anything dual rank, and esp hynix or Micron based, will usually hit 2133->2666mhz. If your LUCKY with your mortherboard, and its compabillity, maybe you can hit 2933, but dont expect it. and 3200mhz is a dream for anything that dosnt use samsung B die´s.

You can use this page and see if orthers have had luck with specific ram/mobo combinations.

https://rymem.vraith.com/

Also Samsung B Dies, are usually, rahter expensive, and in MOST cases Cas 14 at 3000-3200mhz, and cas 16 or 17 1t 3400-3466mhz. and Cas 16 or 17 or 18 at 3600-4233mhz.

Both Gskill and Crucial and geil and Corsair, are using samsung b dies on their most highend sticks, while Hynix sk or micron are typically used for midrange/lowend sticks, including but not limited to Gskill ripjaws V 3200 Cas16 and Corsiar LPX and Dominator-LED 3000/3200mhz Cas15 and Cas16.
