I'm not a lifter, but I do work out while deployed (free gym, so I use it).

Pretty much do intervals with cardio at the end.

Well back in the day my excersize routine was lifting alcoholic beverage cans to my lips.

But yes I do crush weights today. Mainly to look at all the hot women, milfs, cougars in the gym and to try to chat them up a bit.

Thats the only reason I go really.

Each can is probably 350 grams, reps would be 4 or 5 gulps per set.

Time frame would vary, at the start, 1 can every 8 minutes up to 4 or 5 cans. Then 12-15minutes a can for 3 or 4 cans. Then 20+ minutes per can.
