Power supply (smps)

I have repair my smps but after repair i chack output voltage its become 4.23volts of 5 volts. Is any problem happend in computer? Its a normal pc. Please help

Don't use it unless you get proper voltage and stability change the PSU for a new one, by repair what was wrong with the unit?

service center repair the PSU but i check the voltage its 4.23 volts, i complain to service engineer about the volts but he said its normal no problem, btw its running  normaly on my pc..

That's out of the ATX spec of +/-5% and with PSU's these days if they are good quality units they should deviate less than +/-1% in any kind of situation from idle to full load.

It shouldn't be used for any system at this point, it potentially can do more harm to the hardware than good.
