does anyone know how to do this?
Installing the OS will be very difficult. Because the OS doesn't support the modern technologies you have today. It has NO IDEA what SATA is, PCI-E, and so on. Heck, Windows 95 and 98 doesn't support the amount of RAM. Back in then 1GB of RAM was nothing more than a dream. Like if I say: "1 Exabyte" today. or if you prefer 1,073,741,824 GB of RAM. As much you'll say "Not in my lifetime we will get so much RAM", that is what was said at the time. So, because you have too much RAM, Windows 9x doesn't expect such a large value, and only see a segment of the value, and will return you that you don't have enough memory.
Also, in order to install Windows 95, you need to boot from a "boot floppy" which is a slim version of MSDOS. Unless later disks things changed, as I am going by memory, Windows 95 needed it as the disk isn't bootable. The disk came in the box with the CD. You need to acquire yourself a floppy drive set a drive A:\. Not sure if USB ones will work. Depends on your motherboard BIOS on how it treats it when you pick it as boot device.. See if you have the option for "FDD" or "Floppy" or something like that.
And before you start anything, go in your BIOS, and set everything to legacy mode. Disable anything fancy. SATA controller -> IDE mode. HPET -> Disable, power saving features -> Disable (OS doesn't support it), and so on.
