r9 270 waterblock

Now before you go nuts. I want to volt mid this card to 1.35-1.37 volts to get higher clock speeds and I know the stock heatsink on the gigabyte card will not be able to handle it.  

 

 

 

So how do I watercool my gpu?

Most waterblocks are for reference cards. Finding a block for an aftermarket card is tricky. Finding one for a low-mid range card is even harder.

Your best bet is using something like the NZXT Kraken G12 and a compatible AIO

Why not just go full on LN2? LN2 isn't too expensive after you cough up the cash for the pot. If it's because you want it to be usable then EKWB have universal GPU blocks but I don't think they have mounts included, haven't looked at them much

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

BEcause I want to oc for 24/7 use. And for GCN 1.0 1.4v is the max recommended 24/7

yeah, with crazy expensive cooling which will cost more than your 270. stay under 1.3v for 24/7 operation.
