Get a Ryzen R7 1700 and a good motherboard for it and it should be a good build :)

yep, a 1700 will be far better at streaming game sessions and any editing that will use more than 8 threads

also if you're not really doing any heavy correction or queuing in your editing, i see zero reason for a 960 Pro SSD, other than you just hate money.
