So i started making lives and idk how to see withc music is copyright restricted or not so.... yeeah ..... is there any program for that or any program to play on the background ? Plz help

if it's a song that plays on the radio then you cant use it. thats a good rule of thumb

All songs are copyrighted. Only very old ones (from 25+ years ago) may be public domain. 

 

Being copyrighted doesn't mean automatically that you have to pay to use them or that you'll get copyright claim on your video if you use them.

 

Some are copyrighted but the license gives you the right to play them without penalties under some conditions (look for example Creative Commons by Attribution which says you can play some song without paying as long as during the video when the song starts playing or at the end at the credits you say the artist and song name)

 

SOME songs are royalty free which means you don't have to pay money to play them, for some songs the artist has expressed that you're free to use it in your videos (look up Youtube's royalty free music collection)

 

There are sites like Free Music Archive http://freemusicarchive.com where artists upload music they make and give you explicit license to use the songs for free under some rules (like the one i mentioned above)

There's also sites where you can subscribe and pay 1$ per song to use it in as many videos as you want, or you pay a monthly subscription and you can use as many songs from their inventory and you're "whitelisted" on youtube as long as you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe and make a video after that with their songs, you're get copyright claim.

You can also find sites with 8 bit music (remixed / remade music from old games) that are royalty free , you won't have to pay money and you won't get copyright claims if you use them.

Besides YTs music library, there are channels playing royalty free music. Like Monstercat. So having those on background should be fine. Ofc its nice to say where your music comes from still. Like I've used SceneSat and that links to their site in description.
