$100 won't do anything for his performance at this point. Any upgrade will cost more. 

 

SSD will make windows run faster so thats a plus

i am looking to spend 100 on each part that needs upgrading not the whole upgrade

Why don't you just say how much you can spend? Becase at this point your telling me you can spend $700 becase the whole rig can use an upgrade.

Then you can't really upgrade anything since $100 for any of those components will likely result in little to worse gains.

 

You need to specify the entire budget.
