How to bypass password

I got multiple laptops in a deal for parts these laptops while they didn't work there hard drives wete still working Unfortunately they are blocked by passwords that the previous owner does not know I really don't want to waste these Windows 7 installs is there a way to bypass the password on Windows 7

there is a way using command prompt or with  this

Most people don't disable the built-in administrator account, so in theory, if you had a repair disk possibly downloaded off of Microsoft's website, you could use the CMD utility to enable it and access the Windows install.

 

Just don't be shitty.

i have a windows 8.1 disk so i could boot off this and use the key there???

no you would need a windows 7 disk to remove it or follow the ltt video and grab that little key

If you can get your hands on a Windows 7 disk you can use this: https://www.howtogeek.com/96630/how-to-reset-your-forgotten-windows-password-the-easy-way/ guide to get in. Ive done it before, it does work, assuming MS didnt patch this exploit. Not sure if it will work on vista. 

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.
