Posted July 18, 2017 I bought the Steelseries Sibera V3 some weeks ago, when I first used it I had powerfull deep bass, and high volume. Now the sound is low, and the bass is low. What can have caused that? Is there any fix?

Maybe you damaged them, if you were listening to them at very high volumes and a lot of bass it could have damaged the drivers. Also there could have been a manufacturing defect, you should try to use the warranty.
 But the weird thing is: On my phone the sound is perfect, on my stepdads PC it`s perfect, but on mine it`s terrible. I can try take it back and see if I can get a new pair
Posted July 20, 2017 or instead of buying a headset, buy a pair of SHP9500 or Status Audio CB-1 if open isn't an option, this gaming crap needs to die already. selling a subpar product at retarded prices just because "GAMUR". And it's not even like the microphone they stick on these POS's is even any better than a webcam mic.https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826138190 PEWDIEPIE DONT CROSS THAT BRIDGE
 Maybe the headphone output went bad (very unlikely).
