what doesn't fit?

Not sure I understand the question, you can't have higher resolutions, it's a 1920x1080 screen, see the manual, page 34;

I just got a NEW,27'' inch monitor!!!! It doesnt allow me to put higher resolutions than 1920x1200. WHATS THE ISSUE GUYS PLOX HELP!
Gpu is 1050ti,drivers are updated,etc...

The monitor goes up to 1920 x 1080 http://www.samsung.com/us/computer/monitors/LS27B350HS/ZA-specs

Go to Settings > System > Display. From there you'll find the setting to change resolution.

If you want to set the resolution any higher than 1920 x 1080, right-click on Desktop and go to Nvidia Control Panel. Then go to "Manage 3D Settings", and in there, you'll find a setting called DSR - Factors. You can then choose the factor numbers which will set the resolution higher. A factor of 2.00 will allow you to set the resolution to 2715 x 1527, and a factor of 4.00 is 3840 x 2160. 1.78 will give you 2560 x 1440. I'm not sure what a factor of 3.00 for 1080p will scale up to, and I'm going to try that on my 1440p monitor.

A factor of 4.00 on my panel will do 5120 x 2880 (5K) and a factor of 2.00 is 3620 x 2036. If I want true 4K, that number has to be 2.25.

Just a side-note DSR will work on desktop as well. Refer to the above guide above the DSR guide to then set the resolution to the DSR resolution. However I can't guarantee smoothness will work on there (It makes them blurry), and it makes things super tiny, and the cursor oversized.

ah!! now that we know what's the problem ...

Check the monitor settings, go into the OSD and you should see setting to change the format ratio

If you have a setting called "Use small taskbar icons", turn that off and it'll make all the icons big.

can you see if changing the refresh rate helps? For that you would need to go into the nVidia settings (not sure where since I'm not on a PC with an nVidia GPU)

What cable are you using? VGA or HDMI?

1. I recommend using HDMI since the signal should automatically set to the monitor defaults with a digital signal. VGA might not since it is analog (would also explain why you're getting it cut off). If you're using VGA there should be an "auto-adjust" button or menu option that will scan and set the boarders correctly.

2. Set the display settings to the defaults (1920x1080, 60Hz). You're getting overscan since 1920x1200 is not a native resolution of that monitor. You're using a 16:10 resolution on a 16:9 monitor. The best setting for any monitor is the native setting, I don't know why you would want to do anything different.

Having issues with a Corsair AIO? Possible fix here:

Spoiler

Are you getting weird fan behavior, speed fluctuations, and/or other issues with Link?

Are you running AIDA64, HWinfo, CAM, or HWmonitor? (ASUS suite & other monitoring software often have the same issue.)

Corsair Link has problems with some monitoring software so you may have to change some settings to get them to work smoothly.

-For AIDA64: First make sure you have the newest update installed, then, go to Preferences>Stability and make sure the "Corsair Link sensor support" box is checked and make sure the "Asetek LC sensor support" box is UNchecked.

-For HWinfo: manually disable all monitoring of the AIO sensors/components.

-For others: Disable any monitoring of Corsair AIO sensors.

That should fix the fan issue for some Corsair AIOs (H80i GT/v2, H110i GTX/H115i, H100i GTX and others made by Asetek). The problem is bad coding in Link that fights for AIO control with other programs. You can test if this worked by setting the fan speed in Link to 100%, if it doesn't fluctuate you are set and can change the curve to whatever. If that doesn't work or you're still having other issues then you probably still have a monitoring software interfering with the AIO/Link communications, find what it is and disable it.

ok, might have a solution ... might ...

Right click on your desktop and open "nVidia Control Panel"

On left side, under "Display" click on "Adjust desktop size and position"

From there, try the different settings on the right side until you're able to see the bottom of the screen (see below);
