How is this for a prebuilt system?

^ Agreed. A prebuilt may not offer the same bang-for-buck if you use the same budget on a self-made build, but there's inherent value in the fact that someone more knowledgeable can deliver the product with a professional finish and wrapped in a nice warranty. All the time OP would spend learning and building can go somewhere else, and of course the peace of mind that he didn't screw something up. 

 

If you (OP) are firm on getting a prebuilt, consider the HP OMEN. This one right off the shelf would deliver a better gaming experience and at $100-150 USD less than the Cyberpower and ibuypower machines you listed.
