Which one should I choose and why should I choose?

Absolutely the neo eco.

PSU tier list in sig.

the TR2 is garbage, and belongs nowhere except the scrap pile. the NeoEco is good, tier 3 IIRC, which is very solid.

The TR2 Gold is actually MUCH better.  

 

The Neo Eco BRONZE is actually based on the EXACT SAME CWT GPK platform as the Thermaltake TR2 Bronze.  Doesn't even have DC to DC.

 

The OP is asking about the TR2 Gold which is actually quite a bit better than the Neo Eco.  Especially if it's the Sirtec based TR2-0500P-G, as opposed to the ATNG based W0437.  But either way you can't go wrong.  Just the Sirtec version has an LLC topology.
