Whenever my friend plays he breathes super loud an it's so annoying so is there a program to remove that noise from inputting?

Yeah tell him to get his audio drivers from his motherboard creator there is a option to turn it off or tell him to turn on push to talk

On the voice program you use, look for a minimum volume threshold.

Tell him to lower microphone gain or play with the settings

 

right click on speaker icon, recording devices, find the microphone there select and hit properties.

you'll have there levels (how much to amplify the mic signal), noise reduction, echo cancellation,  enhancements, filters and so on... he can play with those so that the game  will only send over voice when there's more noise than just breathing and at same time to tweak the mic to not pick up breathing

The annoying thing is he said no one else brings it up so it must be my head set... First of all no that's not how it works, second of all I'm probably the only one who doesn't care about telling people the truth even if it could be insulting lol (ex Simon Cowell)

I was wondering why would he act like that. In our TS it's your issue or you get muted. Or thrown to test channel if admin is present.
