Problem!!! PCI WiFi card not working

My WiFi card did not show any signs of working: my computer did not register a WiFi connection. I checked my hardware in control panel to find 802.11n wireless LAN Card and then #24 more with numbers on the end and they all said "this device cannot find enough free resources that it can use(code 12)"
