How can I map individual keys on Windows 10 for my keyboard?

I have both a Dell Keyboard and an ~2008 era Mac keyboard and while the dell fits the aesthetic and colour scheme of my build better, I like the mac keyboard in that it feels premium and is similar to my MacBook's so switching back and forth isn't too bad.

Only problem is some of the keys don't really match like the delete key doesn't work. I've installed Keyboard Layout Creator but it says those keys are "unassignable" and only lets me change the letter and number keys.

Is there a way of being able to change any individual key I want on Win10?

You can try SharpKeys, which uses the windows registry to remap keys

https://github.com/randyrants/sharpkeys

It doesn't recognise all keyboard keys though, but does recognise a significant amount of them including media/vol keys and custom application keys like calculator and browser.

Auto Hotkey is another software that recognises all keys but it is harder to use imo, LTT did a video on it a while back though

It's completely blown out of proportion. Also if you're the least bit worried about data gathering then you should go live in a cave a 1000Km from the nearest establishment simply because every device and every entity gathers information these days. In the current era privacy is just fallacy and nothing more.
