I didn't know this. Huh, that's really interesting...

I researched it for quite a long time but didn't find anything concrete, I confirmed it after Tom's Hardware Ask Us Anything session with AMD.

The embarrassment of owning a PowerColor card...

to be honest, i've had 2 powercolor cards. things overclock like crap. but i'm told their better now.
