Problems with chrome after upgrading to windows 8.1

Hey guys J

So I (finally) upgraded to windows 8.1 on my laptop (Asus N550JV). However, after the upgrade I've had multiple issues with the screen resolution in Chrome and a couple other programs. It looks like the desktop mode of the browser is running at a much lower resolution than the resolution of my screen (1920x1080). However, when I open the browser in Windows 8 mode it looks as sharp as before I upgraded.

Have you guys encountered this problem before, or is it just my computer that have this problem?

Regards

I've had trouble with a lot of programs after the 8.1 update on my laptop.

Uninstall -> CCleaner -> Reinstall. Easiest and safest fix.

Frost upon these cigarettes.... lipstick on the window pane...

So I've tried to uninstall, clean and reinstall chrome, but without luck. The screen resolution is still wrong (desktop mode). Could there be something wrong with chrome's settings, or could it be a bug in windows 8.1 in general.

Note: I also noticed the resolution bug in the installer wizard to chrome and a couple of other programs (Spotify and CC cleaner)
