XCOM2 Stuck in black screen with little light after I finished the avatar project mission in australia?

Little pc specs: 
I7-4770
Gtx 960
Store bought Medion mobo
8gb ram (Store bought)
corsair hx750i psu

Never installed a mod
Never did cheats 
Got this game legally trough Steam
This is the only mission I had this problem with yet
I already uninstalled the whole game and downloaded it again
I already tried a different save file same thing happens on the same mission
I already tried a clean reboot
I already verified cashe 
I already overclocked my GPU

Please help me
