Liquids + Computer parts are a bad idea. If the card was working before you did this, then that's probably what killed it.

Mmhhhh why use liquid lens cleaner?? It's saline water in there hahahaha.

Salt water is conductive by the way:

Even if you let the water dry out, there will still be some salt sediment on your motherboard. This is effectively killing it.

salt water is not only conductive, but it dissolves pcbs. whatever you put in there is dead. like, dead as in unfixable.
