So I'm helping clear out old stock items at my work and we found two copies of something that looks like Old AF Windows or something. We don't want to open them if they are worth something to sell and we can't find jack squat online that's just like them. Records of them are long gone, they are 20 years old! Copyright on them is from 1998. Please help. I've searched and find everything from Windows NT Server 4 to Windows CE and other MS BS stuff.

The pain in the ass here is if the store had records from back then it would be simple to track this down. The fact that it was labeled for $99 back in 1998 tells me it was worth something. That's the cost of an OS. Four floppies isn't enough to hold anything larger than DOS and that's pushing it. If it's just a Manual then okay, but again $99? Oh and the disk's themselves are facing label to the back of the book so we can't see what they are.

DOS 5 only needed two 3.5" floppies if i remember correctly and DOS 6 only had three ...

then again, it clearly says "WINDOWS" on the cover so it should be something windows related

maybe NT 4 server? but you searched for that already
