WiFi problem,HELP!!!!!!

So i bought a wfi router yesterday and plug it into my modem,so i set it up.

My phone received the signal of the wifi and then i log onto the wifi network,however i can't seem to browse the web.

So i borrow a iphone 7 which uses 802.11ac and it works fine, however it gets extremly slow every now and then.

 

P.S. My phone uses 802.11b/g/n, my router uses 802.11ac

This is my new current router plug into an optic fibre connected modem.

AC routers usually have two separate wireless networks, one for 2.4 and one for 5ghz (ac). Just join the other one?

@TrigrHI'm currently connecting to the 2.4Ghz, however i'm still experiencing extremly slow speed.

Speedtest said my download and upload speed are at 50

My phone is getting full bar

However still can't load a single video @Sierra Fox
