Bottleneck?

Hello guys, i have a problem. 

So when i play games, my fps drops. It is like from 70 to 40 and then to 30 in just 5 seconds and then it stops and after like 6 seconds it happens again. I have gtx 1060 6gb and i5 4460. I dont know how to solve this fps drop and i hate it. When i play far cry 3 i have like 50 fps all the time with constant fps drops which i hate. Can someone please tell me how to solve this fps drop. But this is actually mainly in ubisoft games... I know that they are unoptimized and glitchy but i have more than a powerful pc to play far cry 3 without any lag and fps drop.

Is the game installed on a HDD? and if so what hdd

Look at in game cpu and gpu usage. See how it changes during fps drops

No the CPU is not being bottlenecked, this could be the result of a bad internet connection, or you could not have enough RAM, or malware could be eating up performance.

I have nothing in the bacground, before i game i close everything there is to close. I have 8 gb of ram and i game mostly offline. All my games are on HDD but im not sure what HDD it is...

So i was playing far cry 3 and when it dropped my gpu=48%(usually its from 88% to 100%) 68*C(its like that all the time)

CPU=(nothing dropped here) 53%, 68*C(its exactly like my gpu)

Are you sure there arn't any other applications running in background? Things like virus protection applications can take up alot of ram and cpu usage. I'd also reccomend you try updateing your drivers.

This makes me believe that the cpu is only using 2 cores. You should look at the core usage and see if you have 2 cores that are being fully used and resulting in a bottleneck if the game can't use more than 2 cores for some reason

the issue here is your gpu usage, can you do me a favour and install gpu-z, open it up and tell me when your bus interface speed is running at please.

I had problems with screenshot so i used my phone... This is what it looks like. I have all 4 cores working.

Use gforce experience to optimize the settings, or lower them using the bar. If it keeps happening after that just use a general benchmarking tool like userbenchmark to know which component of your pc is giving below normal performance.

Gpu usage wants to be at 100% 

 

one of your cores is at 100% and another 20% personally I think it's just the game.
