I've voiced my opinion before, but I'll voice it again. Swap the 7700 for a 7600K. Getting a overclocking board for just RAM overclocking is fairly cost and performance ineffective. If you are after core count go for Ryzen, if you are after performance in games go for the i5

and the z270 board for the 3000mhz ram

Intel CPUs for the most part right now have a higher IPC than Ryzen, meaning it's single core performance is a little better. This does favor gaming right now but we are quickly moving farther and farther into multi-core territory, where AAA titles are now starting to scale well with more cores.

I however think going with a z270 board just for 3000mhz memory, and the price involved for the tiny performance improvement you'll get isn't worth it at all. You'd get much more performance by getting lower speed memory and spending that money on the K version CPU and overclocking it.
