Upgrade the GPU. 1050Ti or 1060 6G should work. Then, get a 2600K

Considering all this, what is the PSU?

just swap the GPU for a 1050ti, RX 480/580 or gtx 1060 6gb and maybe change the PSU if needed. no need to change anything else.

Not at all worth it.

Just get a better gpu, almost literally anything would be an upgrade.

Want to custom loop?  Ask me more if you are curious

The Delta unit should be fine for that PC, I dunno what is necessary here.

To speed up the thing I'd put an SSD in it and call it done.

no. the A4 7300 is far, far worse than the i7 2600s. see if the AIO can fit a gtx 1050ti LP in there and upgrade it with that if it can. your psu should be able to take it just fine.
