I didn't install any cleaners , I only downloaded norton before 10minutes to scan my pc

that will depend, how did you get your games? if your games are pirated, there is a good chance they contain viruses.

so.... found the problem, i suggest you take advantage of Steam sale, reinstall windows, those pirated games are most likely the cause of viruses on your PC.

Offline games don't deserve to be bought . Anyway shall I scan them with norton , it may help before copy my games ? Or shall I download them again later ?

that's a lame attitude to have, why should people only support online? i never play online so in my case it might as well be the other way around, thatt online games doesn't deserve to be bought, but i don't because i believe supporting the developers.. where do you think blizzard would have been if everyone had that attitude?

then don't play the games or wait until they are on sale for a reasonable price.. why do you have to play them? if they don't deserve getting bought, they don't deserve to be made or get played.. you just want to play the newest games for free, not giving a hoot about the developers.. 
this is exactly what happened to the original vita, it got hacked so quickly that noone bothered making games for it, is that the future of gaming you want?

you dont *have* to play those games you know.. you can wait until they are on sale or buy them from keyshops.. 

if you would prioritize games over food, i'd say you have your priorities wrong..

then don't play all the games, save your money until there is a sale, if you pirate games you will face consequences such as viruses, nothing you can do about it, other than not pirate games. 

 

also opinion doesn't mean anything, opinion is not fact, "it's my opinion" holds no ground.

not a good idea buying from resellers, it's better to pirate games than to buy it from resellers, due to chargeback.

well not really, as it would atleast mean you get a legal copy, the developers should have gotten the money for the key anyways, but the stores might suffer if someone is lifting keys or similar.. 

but yeah, it is a grey area.. best to buy them on sale

 OP this thread will get very unpleasant, i suggest you buy your games, you don't HAVE to play them keep that in mind.
