Post Ryzen 1600 overclocking settings and scores

I just finished overclocking my Ryzen 1600 to 4ghz.Max temp was 72C

The voltage is too high for me. I'd say 1.45v max for daily use. Should look at lowering it.

I'd try to aim around the 1.4v area for a 4.0Ghz since I have seen a wide number of people achieve it. Under stress test inbetween 70-75 degrees is okay as it should not be that high during normal use, at around high 50s - low 60s.

even better then. the cooler it gets the better. the h100i cools really well.

I got it down to 4ghz at 1.46v

Stock cooler so im not pushing too much.

 

3.75Ghz @ 1.248 volts, maxed at 62C, 1218 score

Still a little high for me but if you are comfortable with running that voltage then go for it. I just wouldn't as I would not want to damage then longevity of the processor

just got it down to 1.375v @ 4ghz

Thats a much better voltage :) plus leaves room for potentially higher overclocks in the future

Nevermind it keeps crashing, not even stable at 1.39v

1.42v dosent work either rip

Im going to bring it down to 3.8ghz at 1.35

I don't know if this helps or not but my R7 1700 is rock solid at 3.9GHz with 1.35V. I would think you could get this no problem.

I know that's a totally different processor but they have the same architecture.
