So I just looked at ethereum's market value, and it has dropped from nearly $400 in mid june to $315 on thursday, and now sits at $272. Does this signal a general decline of ethereum? Does this mean that gpu's might come down from their sky high prices soon? (Seriously, my gfx card just died and I am weeping.) Please, more knowledgeable people, let me know what you think. Thanks!

it will depend on your area, you can pick one up for 250$ or 280$ with some negotiations.
