You're better off waiting longer and getting more money in the budget.

Those parts are pretty old and not even worth the hassle.

 

Look for i5 Dell Optiplex or Lenovo IdeaCenter systems. Those should sell for $200-$250(at most), depending on configuration. The rest of your money would probably go towards more ram (assuming what you get doesn't have 8 gigs of ram already) and a GPU (RX 550 or 1050ti are pretty much the lowest you can go when buying new. You might be able to find GTX 970s fairly cheap, used)
