What's your budget? A Ryzen CPU is probs cheaper, and would give you better performance.

It's an unmatched build, but the 1050 Ti is the only reasonably priced GPU right now. I'd get this, so you have a solid CPU, mobo, RAM, SSD, etc, then save up and get a better GPU once Vega drops and the mining craze dies down. The 1050 Ti will keep you playing AAA games on med/high at 60fps, as long as it's at 1080p.

Then this should run everything Ok at 1080p (except maybe ARK, but I've heard it doesn't run well on a 1080 Ti, so that's a moot point):

Getting an locked i5 and a Z270 board seems like a bad idea to me. Also check out Ryzen 5.

(No I don't want to "force" anyone to buy Ryzen but I want them to know that there is a good alternative to core i5s)

Every Ryzen CPU are overclockable. And its Stock Cooler is excellent

Go for G.Skill Trident Z CAS 14 3200 Memory and maybe up the game on the PSU to a Gold standard one? You could probably save a few bucks on the mainboard. I second the rest of @Its Not Important's build …
