Youtuber Build! $750 USD

Hello I am wondering what I should do for my new PC build, I mainly play minecraft with some BF4, Saints Row, Garrys mod, and Chivalry on the side. With my current PC I cant record without a capture card and I cant even think about running shaders. I would like to(If its possible) be able to run MC shaders at $60+ FPS without any drops with DOF and extreme render distance. I know MC isnt a demanding game, but I heard that it can be hard to obtain a solid 60FPS sometimes. Since I will be doing YouTube videos I will need to be able to render reasonably fast. I'm thinking about going with a R9 290, and an FX 8320. The 8 cores will be good for rendering, and the R9 290 will be a beast in any game and it will give me awesome performance with OpenCL.

 

I already have storage and an ATX case.

If you dont want a huge impact on your FPS while recording i would recomend getting a

Let me get this straight... You want a $750 build with a card that costs north of $400, and a proc for 150? And you want to fit a board, storage, case, power supply and memory within $200?
