Hard Drive Issue

I have a ssd and a hard drive and the hard drive is not shown in windows but in bios it is, i've tried to reinstall the windows and I can't format it, disk managment doesn't show it.

are you able to try it externally with a usb adapter like this

So the SSD shows up but not the hard disk right? Try touch its surface when you turn the PC on. Do you feel vibrations? If you don't then the disk isn't spinning at all. That can be a loose SATA power cable, or broken HDD. If it does spin, then probably the SATA data cable got loose/damaged.
