What about define s i just relaised i cant fit mu hdds in the define c and define s has gp 14 fans but still are two gp-14 fans enough for my rig?

Define C can fit 2x 3.5 inch and 3x inch drive. But anyway I was more curious about why you did z270 board with a non-K chip since you can't overclock.

Doesn't 3000mhz ram need a clockable board

You are correct, to achieve those memory frequencies you will need a Z board. Although I should mention that to me it feels strange for you to spend the money to get faster RAM but not get a K-sku processor. The performance boost from a slight overclock on the CPU will be so much more noticeable than overclocked memory. But that is your choice - go ahead!

For me i7 7700 non k costs 295€ and k variant 360€ and the ram 3000mhz costs almost nothing like 5€more so i think its worth it

Having thought about it, if your major use scenario is gaming, perhaps you should consider a 7600K that will give you the best of both worlds? (Very nice overclocks so that you can make use of the board, without sacrificing performance since most games don't use the 8 threads anyway, and a substantial reduction in cost). And if productivity is your major use case, you should probably be considering Ryzen.

Just to re-iterate my point further:

http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i7-7700-vs-Intel-Core-i5-7600K/3887vs3885

The 7700 is beaten down in most applications except for the multi-threaded scores.

The below video describes the 7600K vs 7700K making the point that when overclocked the gap is narrow. Now since in your case you are looking at the 7700 non-K it will probably be beaten hands-down in most scenarios.

Therefore since you will be gettting:

-Better utilization of the other hardware you are planning to get

-Same if not better performance due to the higher clock frequency

-Better thermals (than a 7700K anyway)

-Cheaper cost

I think there's only one real answer in this case.
