OP is from the Philippines, and what do you mean, I just made a list with a 1500X and a 1060 6GB so they can, Unless I have been confused by bad grammar and you mean he can't get a 580 in that case your right in America good fucking luck on finding one, else where in the world it's getting harder

No I mean that $800 USA isn't going to get you the same parts in other places. The Philippines will be a lot more expensive for the same parts.

oh ok right fair enough, I get that, that could be true, that also being said many of the parts are cheaper in Europe and the UK (cause I need to make that distinguishment now cause of brexit :( ) so you never know but yea it probably will be dearer
