that hard drive is cringey as fuck, its going to be soooo sloww

Changed a few things.  That HDD was terrible, you want at least a 7200rpm drive.  Gave you a RX 560 which performs a tad better and ended up being cheaper than the one you had listed.  Changed the power supply to a little bit better quality one.  Its also semi-modular.  The case I left alone just because it left you closer to your budget than what i would've picked.  I would go with something like the Corsair 100R or the 88R. The case you chose has ugly cables and it didn't look like much room for cable management.

Get a B350 motherboard not A320

A B350 board would be a way better choice. With A320 you aren't able to overclock.

Just get a 1TB WD blue 7200RPM. It will cost about the same but will be faster.

Do you really need an optical drive? It's of if you need it but some people include them for no reason.
