Hello everyone I'm redoing my entire PC and am only keeping my GPU which is a highly overclocked GTX 780 evga base built. My plan right now is to get an i7 4770k haswell, an Asus maximus VI formula, an Corsair HX series HX750 750W, and a Samsung 840 EVO.

Any suggestions to get the best price to performance?

350W?!?! i guess thats a typo.

Swap the Evo for the Pro imo.  if your in to playing games like Battlefield and newer next gen games. get faster MHZ RAM as they respond well. Also think about moving to windows 8.1 as its been show to provide a good FPS bump over Windows 7 (and DX11.2 is 8.1 only)

Quack 🦆

You think that will all work smoothly for a high end PC?

Very much so.

Get a 4670k, hyperthreading doesn't help so much that it's worth 50% more. Also get a Cooler Master V700, it uses the same platform (Seasonic KM3) as for example the AX760. And it has a better fan (prolimatech FDB) than the AX. Vi Formula also isn't worth it's money, get a VI Heroif you want ROG or a Sabertooth Z87 if you want the plastic.

System:
4670k@4,7Ghz <fully stable ( and 5Ghz, incredible unstable)| Asus Maximus VI Hero | G.Skill TridentX 16GB 2400Mhz C10 | AMD XFX R9 290 OC'ed (locked, Elpida) Cooled by a Kraken G10&X40 w/ NF-A14 | NZXT Phantom 530 | 2TB Seagate Barracuda | Samsung EVO 250GB | Cooler Master V850 | QNIX QX2710 @110Hz | Be Quiet! Dark Rock Pro 2 | Ducky Shine 3 ^^ | Madcatz R.A.T. 5 | Brainwavz Delta's |

It will. Is it worth it? Depends what you're using it for.
