I have a NVIDIA GEFORCE QUADRO FX 3800 with a Intel XEON Quad Core processor. I'm looking to upgrade, what should I upgrade too? My budget is 200$ max for my GPU that's all I'm waiting for i also have a Intel Xeon W3565 3.2 GHz Quad Core. This is all for a ghetto gaming rig. also i have 16 GB of DDR3 RAM. Thanks.

You can't really expect help with so little information, you didn't say how much you're willing to spend nor what you'll use the computer for or what kind of monitor you use and many other meaningful data to elaborate an appropriated response.

You should upgrade to 1080ti.
