Ice cream Flavours [Share recipes]

share ice cream recipes and suggest some for me, i've got a donvier hand crank recently and ive made blueberrybanana, irish cream ice cream and classic chocolate.

 

makes one quart 0.9 liters.

 

Need ideas, only have coffee flavoured on the list atm and possibly margarita

I usually end up making rum, caramel and chocolate ice cream.

I started out using a local chocolate candy filled with rum-caramel cream, but I found out it tasted better with actual rum.

Basically, you make some caramel, mixes it with the cream. Add some dark (at least 65%) chocolate and pour in rum to your hearts desire.

 

For sorbet I really like making lemon sorbet. Although, it pretty much up to luck if it turns out good or not.
