Pretty sure the difference will be quite negligible (in the margin of error maybe) in terms of temperatures. Just choose depending on the noise, price and visual side (if that matters). I don't think you can go wrong with either one.

They're not in the same category. SW3's are very quiet fans that perform alright and ML120's are high performance fans that are relatively quiet.

It's a decision between whether you care about acoustics or not at all.

I have 3 silent wings 3 that came with my dark base 900 pro (pro 900? pro base 900?)  They move okay amounts of air but they definitely live up to the company name. be quiet. they're quiet, have a nice long pwm cable and they look okay,  not bad but not overstated, they're just there, which is fine, they aren't in a noticeable location anyway.

I also have the ml 140 pro and a couple ml 120 pros. They move tons of air and have great static pressure but they get loud for it (of course). Fortunately they are also pwm so you can control them but they are definitely not as friendly to the ear as the silent wings.

really two different animals.

One's a silent semi decent mover.

The others a turbo high pressure and noisy beast really best for radiators i'd imagine.

try out Thermal Bench testing to actually see the statistics for both of the fans before you buy them
