Help decided cpu (Ryzen or maybe intel )

Am in progress of building my unraid server and i though as unraid supports kvms and i can play around with vm and different operrating systems .I have kinda small budget  

 

thats better to pick 1400 or 1500x i rather not spend extra money if dont't have to  (If somebody have better cpu to suggets from intel side with same price am open to ideas ) ^^ 

 

'maybe' latter want to put nvidia graphics cards and make gaiming vm with remote play through vpn but of course not running everytime then a away from home

Just get a 1400. It's got half the L2 cache or whatever, but it's cheaper and still beats out Intel's comparable CPUs.

That's the 1400. It goes 1400, 1500X, 1600, 1600X, etc. IDK why they did that, but they did.

that chip dosent exist, the closest you get the the R5 1400 which has less L2 cache

no. Intel dont have any better options at this pricepoint.

Intel doesn't have anything better unless you go for a budget CPU like the Pentium G4560, or a high end CPU like an Xtreme edition or something. Just get a Ryzen 5 1400.
