Help finding a motherboard?

I want to shrink the size of my current build, so that means i need to get a mini-itx motherboard. Finding an ITX board for LGA1150 that has a z or h97 chipset is painful... is there a reason for this? can anyone reccomend a good board? looking for something with Wi-Fi, 2 sata ports, and is compatible with ddr3-1600 ram.

Just a guy who peaked at building back in the days of the GTX 980. If you see me here, assume i have technical knowledge akin to a committed hobbyist builder back then. If something's changed, you'll need to tell me(nicely plz). I'm probably asking for help with the modern build scene since I have no clue what's going on.

It's really not worth it due to people over paying on the motherboard and you could sell it and get a Ryzen based Mitx build

But I'm looking to buy JUST a motherboard, not a new CPU, MOBO, and RAM. I've got a birthday coming up and can get some money off of relatives. If you wanna suggest a mini-ITX Ryzen MoBo, some RAM, and a CPU that costs the same as a mini-ITX MOBO for LGA1150, i'd be interested.

Uhh I know where you can get them for free at a Newegg warehouse but you might get caught looking for free things

Yeah, i used to be waaaay more active before the update :P i've sorta dropped off... maybe ill get back into it this summer. get back into watching benchmarks and stuff so im back with the modern meta, so to speak.
