I'd say R5 1600.

 

R7 1700 has low base clock speed and 8 cores. If you don't do rendering, editing as such, then no point to get that.

 

i7 7700 is a good gaming option, but it's on a dead socket.

Honestly I didn't pay much attention to the XFR, I just run a 3.6Ghz P-state and call it good
