Na da. Not happening. Can't find any used parts in my city nor do I want to use used parts since he asked brand new please.

Ebay?

Seriously, convince him that used parts are better. Because they are.

Try getting a GTX 1050 or RX 560 depending on what is cheaper. Both are much more powerful for a little price bump.

But won't if he wants to play some newer/more demanding titles.

Doubt it, he can't afford much, he saved this amount for 3 years.

What's your purpose of this post? Any help or suggestions you are just turning down, any part suggestions the response is "no". What are you trying to achieve in this thread?

Seeing if parts need changing, ask any of enthusiast if you should ask a forum if a build good or not. Don't go off topic.
