I need help to make a decision on buying a laptop for work and gaming, some of the options are:

Acer Predator Helios 300

Acer Aspire VX 15

Asus GL502VM

Looking for decent battery life, display, thermal performance.

If any better options are available for this price point do let me know.

why a gaming laptop?

decent pc at home for gaming, laptop for portability (like a macbook, but please dont buy that. Asus UX330CA is a good ultrabook)

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB

138 is a good number.

thinkpad if you need performance

chromebook if you literally only use chrome and webapps.

there's no default text editor, and usually the displays are shit. most of them aren't even value at their price points and specs (canada here)

yes you can use 'caret' for text, but .. ugh

Cause my course at college is going to have me move to different countries each year, so I need something mobile.

used thonkpad is pretty good alternative for broke student because new laptops are expensive.
